6. Delivery

Delivery within Ghana is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours of order and payment confirmation, though weekend deliveries and deliveries outside Accra may occasionally take longer. Deliveries outside Accra may be sent through third-party transport or delivery services.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and an active calling number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information, an unreachable phone number, or your unavailability to receive the order.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

You may request to change or cancel an order by contacting customer service as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been confirmed, packaged or dispatched.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products may not qualify for return or exchange. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged or leaking product, or a package with a missing item, contact customer service promptly with your order details and photographs of the issue, and keep the original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

Please contact customer service before returning any product. Do not send a product back without instructions, as this may delay resolution of your request.
