1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.prisygonatural.com and your purchase of products from PrisyGoNatural (“Prisy”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
2. Eligibility
Our website and products are intended for adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products & Availability
We sell skincare, body-care and herbal tea products, including individual products and complete sets such as the Snow White Set, Half Cast Set, Caramel Set, Facial Treatment Set, Stretch Marks Combo and Dark Knuckle Set.
Product descriptions, images and prices are provided for guidance and may be updated from time to time. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions or images are always completely error-free. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct pricing errors at any time.
4. Orders
An order is placed by selecting your products, adding them to your cart and completing checkout on our official website. To process your order, you must provide accurate information, including:
- Your full name
- Your delivery location or address
- An active calling number
- Your payment confirmation, where required
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or delay any order, including where information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Orders should be placed through our official website. Orders or payments made through unofficial social media accounts or unverified individuals are not guaranteed and are made at your own risk.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices for our products are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) on our official website and are subject to change without notice. Delivery charges are separate from product prices and depend on your delivery location.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Mobile Money
- Debit or credit card payments
Our only official Ghana Mobile Money number is 0530514271, registered under the name Prisy Organic Skincare Ltd. Always verify the number and account name before paying, and never send payment to any other number claiming to represent Prisy.
All orders must be paid for and confirmed before they are processed for delivery. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
6. Delivery
Delivery within Ghana is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours of order and payment confirmation, though weekend deliveries and deliveries outside Accra may occasionally take longer. Deliveries outside Accra may be sent through third-party transport or delivery services.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and an active calling number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information, an unreachable phone number, or your unavailability to receive the order.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
You may request to change or cancel an order by contacting customer service as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been confirmed, packaged or dispatched.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products may not qualify for return or exchange. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged or leaking product, or a package with a missing item, contact customer service promptly with your order details and photographs of the issue, and keep the original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
Please contact customer service before returning any product. Do not send a product back without instructions, as this may delay resolution of your request.
